Agrivencia

Agrivencia

Eighty-four modules. Four nations. One record that does the paperwork for you.

UK farming is going through its biggest change in support since 1947, and it is doing it with four divergent national schemes, a dozen unconnected software packages and a compliance burden that mostly duplicates work already done. Agrivencia is one record with eighty-four views: enter something once, in the field, offline if necessary, and let it appear wherever it is needed.

Farms with reliable signal — so we built offline first

The platform

Fourteen verticals, eighty-four modules, one record

Each vertical carries its own colour throughout the platform, so you always know where you are without reading a heading. Modules within a vertical share the family; no two modules anywhere share a colour.

Livestock & Animal Husbandry

One workflow. Four national systems.

Cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry, fish and bees — health planning, movement reporting to the right national system, medicine records, breeding and performance.

10 modules

Soil, Land & Earth

Know your ground to the square metre.

The ground itself — sampling, structure, organic matter, mapping, tenure and the canonical field-boundary graph every other module reads from.

5 modules

Supply Chain & Post-Harvest

From weighbridge to shelf, evidenced.

After the gate: storage, drying, cold chain, processing, traceability, assurance audit packs, haulage and export compliance.

7 modules

People, Knowledge & Community

Nobody farms alone.

Skills, CPD points, knowledge exchange, farmer clusters, jobs and seasonal labour, community, research access and wellbeing support that signposts rather than diagnoses.

6 modules

Crops & Cultivation

One cropping record. Every audit satisfied.

Everything that grows in a field, from drilling plan to weighbridge ticket, held in one cropping record that satisfies agronomy, assurance and scheme evidence at the same time.

9 modules

Forestry, Trees & Hedgerows

Plant it once. Fund it four ways.

Trees on and off the farm: creation grants, felling licences, agroforestry design, hedgerow management and the carbon and biodiversity income that woodland now carries.

4 modules

Climate, Nature & Carbon

Natural capital you can actually bank.

Carbon footprinting, the Woodland Carbon and Peatland Codes, Biodiversity Net Gain, habitat recovery, adaptation planning and on-farm renewables.

7 modules

Water & Rainwater

Every drop accounted for.

Abstraction, irrigation, reservoirs, rainwater capture, drainage, flood risk and catchment water quality, mapped against your licences and your catchment.

5 modules

Machinery, Tech & Automation

Kit that pays for itself, proven.

Fleet, telematics, guidance, variable rate, robotics, drones, satellite and the rural connectivity reality that constrains all of it.

6 modules

Finance, Schemes & Compliance

Never miss a window again.

The flagship: a four-nation grant and scheme engine, plus lending, insurance, accounts, benchmarking, succession and a compliance calendar that spans England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

6 modules

Inputs, Nutrition & Protection

Plan it right. Prove it automatically.

Nutrition and protection under UK rules: RB209 planning, product authorisation, LERAP buffers, IPM plans and spray records that assemble their own evidence pack.

6 modules

Platform, Data & Integrations

One account. Every holding. Four nations.

The spine: a single farm account, the identifier graph that reconciles SBI, CRN, CPH and the devolved equivalents, APIs, analytics and the partner ecosystem.

4 modules

Agri-Commerce & Markets

Sell better. Buy smarter.

Buying and selling: a multivendor marketplace for produce, inputs, machinery and services, plus direct-to-consumer storefronts and live market intelligence.

5 modules

Agritourism & Diversification

Turn the view into revenue.

Diversified income: stays, camping, glamping, experiences, events, venue hire and rural enterprise, with booking, payments and the licences each one needs.

Why Agrivencia

What makes this different from another farm software package

Most farm software solves one problem well and leaves the rest to spreadsheets and portals. Agrivencia is built as one record with many views.

One record, many outputs

Enter a field operation once and it populates the agronomy record, the assurance audit pack, the scheme evidence file and the carbon footprint without being retyped.

Four nations, properly

England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland each run different schemes, portals, identifiers and language obligations. Each is a first-class tenancy, not an exception.

Rules as data

Scheme rules are stored as data, not code. When a rate changes or a window closes, the platform updates the same day rather than waiting for a release.

Offline first

Only around a fifth of farms report reliable signal across the whole holding. Field capture works without a connection and synchronises when one returns.

Evidence, graded

Every published figure is labelled by source tier, and conflicting estimates are shown as conflicts rather than quietly resolved in favour of the convenient one.

Your data, portable

The Farm Data Charter gives you a complete export in open formats at any time. Lock-in is a commercial strategy, not a technical necessity.

Working view

Interactive

Working tools, not brochure screens

Agrivencia is built around interfaces that respond to your own holding — mapped fields, live gauges, calculators that use your numbers and planners that flag conflicts before you commit.

Holding map

Every parcel, designation, constraint and scheme action on one canvas, available offline in the field.

Map

Scheme optimiser

The highest-value compliant combination of actions across all four nations, calculated against caps and stacking rules.

Calculator

Budget-fill gauges

Live scheme allocation status with a closure risk indicator, so a window never shuts without warning.

Gauge

Deadline board

Every obligation across every regime and nation, filtered to what your business actually does.

Board

Evidence assembler

Audit packs built from operational records, with a gap analysis before the assessor arrives.

Builder

Whole-farm dashboard

Physical and financial performance across every enterprise, with peer benchmarking applied like for like.

Dashboard

Choose your nation

The rules change at the border. So does Agrivencia.

Set your nation and every scheme, deadline, payment rate and compliance obligation on the platform reconfigures to match. Businesses farming across a border see both, reconciled into one view.

England

Delivered by: Defra, the Rural Payments Agency, Natural England, the Environment Agency and the Forestry Commission.

Main scheme: Environmental Land Management, with the Sustainable Farming Incentive as the principal offer alongside Countryside Stewardship, capital grants and Landscape Recovery.

Delinked payments end after 2027. Windows have closed at short notice before, so budget-fill status is worth watching.

Scotland

Delivered by: The Scottish Government and the Rural Payments and Inspections Division.

Main scheme: A four-tier framework under the Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Act 2024, with base and enhanced direct payments and elective and complementary tiers following.

Whole Farm Plan components are a condition of support and phase in over several years. Miss a component and the payment is at risk.

Wales

Delivered by: The Welsh Government and Rural Payments Wales.

Main scheme: The Sustainable Farming Scheme, with Universal, Optional and Collaborative layers, replacing the legacy area payment which phases out by 2029.

The Universal layer requires twelve actions, at least ten per cent habitat and a farm carbon baseline. Welsh language provision is a legal expectation, not an optional extra.

Northern Ireland

Delivered by: DAERA.

Main scheme: The Sustainable Agriculture Programme, with the Farm Sustainability Payment as the area-based safety net alongside beef, suckler, sheep, protein crop and horticulture schemes.

Conditionality now includes soil nutrient health and bovine genetics participation, and progressive capping applies above sixty thousand pounds.

Modules

All eighty-four modules

Grouped by vertical, each with its own colour. Start with one; add more as the record earns its keep.

Crop Farming One cropping record that feeds agronomy, assurance and scheme evidence at once. Flagship Combinable Crops Wheat, barley, oats, oilseed rape, beans and peas — planned, protected and marketed. Grassland & Forage Grazing platforms, leys, silage and the cheapest feed on the farm. Horticulture Field vegetables, salads, soft fruit, top fruit and everything under glass. Potatoes & Roots Seed to store, with the storage risk managed rather than hoped away. Viticulture The fastest-growing UK crop with the least dedicated software. Organic & Regenerative Certification, conversion and the practices that pay for themselves. Seeds & Varieties Certification, provenance and a brand new regulatory regime. Cover Crops & Rotation The cheapest soil investment on the farm, and a funded one. Forestry & Woodland Plant it once, fund it four ways, and keep the felling licence in order. Flagship Agroforestry Trees and farming on the same hectare, without losing the scheme claim. Tree Health Ash dieback, plant passports and the pests already on their way. Hedgerows Measured in metres, paid in metres, evidenced in metres. Soil Health Sampling, structure and the 2030 target nobody has a baseline for. Flagship Soil Carbon Measurement honest enough to sell, and honest enough to keep. Land & Mapping The canonical boundary graph every other module reads from. Flagship Tenancy & Land Who holds what, on what terms, and what it is worth. Peatland The highest-emitting land you farm, and the best-funded to fix. Nutrient Management RB209 as a live engine, not a reference document on a shelf. Flagship Fertilisers Buying, storing, spreading and proving it was worth it. Crop Protection Authorisation, buffers, intervals and an IPM plan that writes itself. Flagship Biologicals A fast-growing category with slow-growing evidence. Test it yourself. Weed Management The single biggest recoverable margin on many arable farms. Crop Diagnostics Identify it correctly, then decide whether it is worth treating. Water Management Every licence, every meter reading, every restriction, in one place. Flagship Irrigation Apply what the crop needs, when the licence allows, from water you stored. Rainwater Harvesting Every roof on the farm is a catchment you already own. Drainage & Flood Get water off the field, and slow it down before it reaches the village. Water Quality A regulatory obligation on one side, a tradable credit on the other. Dairy Herd, parlour, contract and margin over feed, in one record. Flagship Beef & Sheep Lowland, upland and hill — performance recorded, support maximised. Pigs Feed conversion, health status and a contract that moves weekly. Poultry & Eggs Flock performance, housing orders and the assurance auditor at the door. Livestock ID & Movement One workflow. Routed automatically to the right national system. Flagship Animal Health Health planning, medicine records and the disease zone on your doorstep. Breeding & Genetics Select on data, not on the last bull you liked the look of. Feed & Forage The largest livestock cost, formulated against what you actually grew. Aquaculture Finfish, shellfish and the water quality that governs everything. Beekeeping Hive management, disease control and a pollination service worth charging for. Machinery & Fleet What it cost, what it did, and whether you should have hired it instead. Flagship Precision Agriculture The fastest payback in farm technology, properly evidenced. Robotics Promising, capital-heavy, and best shared before it is owned. Drones Excellent for mapping and scouting. Legally constrained for spraying. Remote Sensing Free imagery, used properly, beats expensive imagery used occasionally. IoT & Connectivity Design for the signal you have, not the signal you wish you had. B2B Marketplace List with the evidence already attached, and get paid without chasing. Flagship Inputs Store Buy against the plan, aggregate with your neighbours, compare on nutrient. Machinery Marketplace Buy, sell, hire, share and book the contractor — with the service history. Direct to Consumer Keep the retail margin, and the story that justifies it. Markets & Prices Your position, your cost of production, and the market in one view. Grain Storage Hold the crop safely and sell it when you choose, not when you must. Cold Chain An unbroken temperature record, or the load is worthless. Traceability One step back, one step forward, and a recall you can actually execute. Assurance & Audit The audit pack assembles itself from work you already recorded. Flagship Processing Every tonne that leaves as a product instead of a commodity. Logistics & Haulage Move it once, at the right cost, with the paperwork right. Export & Borders Certificates, checks and the Windsor Framework, handled before the lorry moves. Carbon Accounting Enter once, export to any calculator, and know why they disagree. Flagship Carbon Codes Pending units are not verified units, and the difference is the whole market. Biodiversity Net Gain A statutory market with a thirty-year commitment attached. Flagship Nature Recovery Habitat created, species monitored, outcomes evidenced. Climate Adaptation Plan for the weather you will get, not the weather you remember. Renewable Energy Solar on the roof usually beats anything else on the balance sheet. Waste & Circular Duty of care, digestate value and the honest case against building your own plant. Scheme Engine Every scheme, all four nations, never miss a window again. Flagship Farm Finance Borrow against what the business does, not just what it owns. Insurance & Risk Know what is covered before you need to know what is covered. Accounts & Benchmarking Enterprise-level numbers, not one figure for the whole farm. Succession & Tax The reform landed. Model your position before the conversation, not after. Flagship Compliance Calendar Every obligation, every nation, every date, in one place. Agritourism Turn the view, the herd and the harvest into a booked, paid experience. Flagship Camping & Glamping From a temporary field to a licensed site, costed properly. Events & Venues High value, high compliance, and worth doing properly. Diversification Appraise it properly before you build it. Education & CPD Points, certificates and competence, tracked to expiry. Knowledge Exchange What worked on the farm down the road, evidenced rather than remembered. Jobs & Labour Recruit, roster, pay correctly and sponsor compliantly. Community Ask the question. Get an answer from someone who has done it. Wellbeing & Safety Signposting to real support, and a safety record that prevents the next one. Research & Data Farms as research sites, with the data flowing both ways. Farm Account One account. Every holding. Four nations. Every adviser you choose. Flagship Data & Integrations Integrate what is authoritative. Build only what does not exist. Analytics Your numbers, your peers, and the trend that matters. Vendor Hub Sell into the platform, with verification the buyer can trust.

Worked example

How a business like yours would use Agrivencia

Mixed farm business340 hectares
Worked example

The problem: Wanted one record instead of four.

What they do

  1. Register the business and holdings
  2. Import the land record
  3. Switch on the scheme engine
  4. Assemble the first evidence pack

What changes

  • Time to produce an audit pack
  • Scheme income secured
  • Deadlines met

This is an illustrative worked example built from the module design, not a customer reference. Named case studies are published only with the business's written consent.

What we are hearing

The problems people describe to us

These are composite statements drawn from user research conversations, not attributed customer quotes. We publish named references only with written consent.

I am not short of software. I am short of one place where the same field means the same thing in all of it.

Arable farm managerEast of England

The scheme closed on a Tuesday evening. I had the application half built. Nobody told me the budget was nearly gone.

Mixed farmerMidlands

We farm on both sides of the border. Everything takes twice as long and I still cannot see the whole position on one screen.

Audit week costs me three days. Every single record they ask for is already written down somewhere on this farm.
